Yes its called Yaki Udon, a lovely stir fried noodles the Japanese way. Thick, Bouncy noodles coated with a thick sweet and savory sauce topped with sesame seeds it is a meal you wouldn't want to miss.

This is a keeper dish, when done right it will keep the eater coming on back for more and DEMANDING you to cook it for them, believe me I'm talking from personal experience.

HOW TO MAKE YUKKI UDON?

Ingredients 

1.

2 Packets Udon

2.

200g Chicken

3.

1/2 Onion Diced

4.

2tb Light Soy Sauce

5.

1tb Dark Soy Sauce

6.

0.5tb Vinegar

7.

1te Sesame Seed Oil

8.

1tb Sugar

9.

1 Cup Broccoli

10.

1 Clove Garlic Minced

In a pan on medium high heat add in some oil and your diced onions, fry till translucent and fragrant. The add in your chicken and cook till just about done.

In a bowl combine 2tb of light soy sauce, 1tb of dark soy sauce, 0.5tb of vinegar, 1te of sesame oil, 1tb of sugar, and 3tb of plain water. Mix till well combined.

Add in your chopped broccoli, the mixture and 1 clove of chopped garlic.

Turn the heat to medium low and let it simmer away 

5.

Cook your udon as per packet instructions

6.

Once the broccoli is cooked add in your cooked noodles and toss within the pan to even coat the noodles with the yummy sticky sauce. 

7.

Plate and top with some sesame seeds for extra AESTHETICS 

EXTRA: Feel free to swap out chicken for beef, pork, prawns or whatever protein you wish. If you HATE broccoli swap it out as well, it is all yours to experiment and create.
