Teriyaki Salmon Fried Rice

Teriyaki salmon goes well with everything why not try adding it into a bowl of lovely fried rice? The lovely blend of Japanese flavors with all the nutrition that you will ever need for any meal of the day. This dish is for you and not to mention it is super easy.

All you got to do is chop, fry and eat. Oh and wash up afterwards, but this dish is really easy for what it is. The complex depth of flavors that you build is truly amazing for the amount of effort you put in.

How to Make Salmon & Rice One?

Ingredients 

1.

2 Cups of Over Night Rice

2.

3 Eggs

3.

2 Cloves of Garlic

4.

1 Minced Onion

5.

300g of Salmon Fillet

6.

150g Mushrooms

7.

2tb Sugar

8.

3tb Light Soy Sauce

9.

2tb Mirin

10.

1tb Fish Sauce

1.

In a bowl gently break up your over night rice.

In a pan on medium high heat add in some oil and begin to fry your MINCED Garlic till lovely golden brown and set them aside.

Add in your minced onion and begin to fry till they are lovely and sexy.

Give your nice sliced mushrooms a quick stir fry till it is cooked through and set aside.

Beat up 2 eggs and give them a quick fry breaking them apart. Set them aside.

In the same pan on medium high heat add in a little bit of oil and add in your salmon, skin side down. Leave it there for 3-4 minutes till the skin has turned a lovely KRISPEE golden brown. Flip and cook through.

Prepare a mixture of 3tb of soy sauce, 1tb of mirin, 1tb of fish sauce and 2tb of sugar. Mix well till well combined.

Add the sauce over your salmon and reduce the heat to medium and let the sauce glaze over the salmon should take 2 minutes. Remove the salmon from the pan leaving the lovely teriyaki sauce in the pan.

TURN up the heat to HIGH and throw in your over night rice, fried onions, garlic, mushrooms and eggs. Give the whole mixture a good mix and let all them flavours get to know each other. 

10.

Serve up your fried rice in a bowl topped with your lovely teriyaki salmon, some spring onions and sesame seeds.
