Salmon Fried Rice

Salmon goes well with everything why not try adding it into a bowl of lovely fried rice? The lovely blend of Japanese flavors with all the nutrition that you will ever need for any meal of the day. This dish is for you and not to mention it is super easy.

All you got to do is chop, fry and eat. Oh and wash up afterwards, but this dish is really easy for what it is. The complex depth of flavors that you build is truly amazing for the amount of effort you put in.

How to Make Salmon & Rice One?

Ingredients 

1.

2 Cups of Over Night Rice

2.

3 Eggs

3.

4 Cloves of Garlic

4.

1 Minced Onion

5.

300g of Salmon Fillet

6.

2 Spring Onions

7.

150g of Mushrooms

8.

2tb of Light Soy Sauce

9.

1te of Sesame Seed Oil

1.

In a bowl gently break up your over night rice.

2.

In a pan on medium high heat add in some oil and begin to fry your MINCED Garlic till lovely golden brown and set them aside.

3.

Add in your minced onion and begin to fry till they are lovely and sexy.

4.

Remove the skin of your salmon and set it aside, throw your naked salmon into the pan with the onions and gently fry it.

5.

Once the naked salmon is almost cooked gently break it apart and throw in your mushrooms and 1 stalk of chopped spring onions and fry till cooked. Once cooked remove from pan and set aside.

In a pan on medium heat, add a little bit of oil and fry your egg slowly scrambling them till you get little bits of egg. 

7.

Add in your salmon, onion, mushroom mixture, rice and garlic into the pan and begin to fry over high heat. Add in 2tb of soy sauce, 1te of sesame oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Plate up your lovely batch of fried rice.

9.

In a separate pan heat up some oil till smoking hot and gently slide your salmon skin inside (BE-CAREFUL, ITS AN ACTIVE VOLCANO). Fry till crispy. Cut up and serve on top of your rice. 

10.

Finally garnish your salmon fried rice with some chopped spring onion and you got yourself a winning dish.
