Ingredients

  1. 400g of Pork Shoulder

  2. 1tb of Corn Flour

  3. 1 Bell pepper Cubed

  4. 1 Onion Sliced

  5. 3 Cloves of Garlic Minced

  6. 1 Broccoli

  7. 1 Scallion

  8. 2tb of Light Soy Sauce

  9. 1tb of Oyster Sauce

  10. Cashew Nuts


STEPS

  1. TIME to SHARPEN your knife skills. Thinly slice your pork into thin slices and coat with corn flour this keeps it nice and moist during the cook.

  2. Heat up some oil and deep fry your pork in batches till they are cooked through.

  3. In a pan heat up a little bit of oil on medium high and fry your sliced onion, cubed bell pepper, minced garlic, scallion and broccoli.

  4. In a bowl mix together 2tb of light soy sauce and 1tb of oyster sauce and 2tb of water till well combined.

  5. In a pan gently toast your cashews till they are nice and crispy.

  6. Add the sauce into the pan and reduce heat to medium low and gently simmer the sauce with the veggies.

  7. Add in your pork and your toasted cashews, coat and you got yourself a lovely aromatic stir fry pork. Add Salt to taste.

Extra: Add a table spoon of dark soy sauce to make the dish super dark and even more delicious. Happy Cooking,
