Ingredients
500g Firm or Medium Tofu
250g of Minced Pork
2tb of Dark Soy Sauce
1tb of Light Soy Sauce
1tb of Oyster Sauce
3 Cloves of Garlic
1tb of White Sugar
1 Whole Scallion
STEPS
Place your nice soft tofu onto a plate and let it steam for 6-8 minutes once done discard the built up water at the bottom of the plate.
Whilst its steaming mince up 3 cloves of garlic and add it into a pan on medium high heat with a bit of oil.
Add in your minced pork and fry with the garlic till cooked. Making sure to break up any large clumps that have formed.
Add in 2tb of dark soy sauce (giving it that deep dark colour), 1 tb of light soy sauce, 1tb of oyster sauce and 1tb of sugar.
Mix well and let it simmer on low heat.
Pour the lovely pork mince mixture over your perfectly steamed tofu and top with some freshly cut scallion.
