Ingredients

  1. 250g Firm Tofu

  2. All Purpose Flour

  3. 5 Cloves of Garlic

  4. 2tb of Honey

  5. 1/4 Cup of Light Soy Sauce


STEPS

  1. Begin by cubing your tofu into perfect little cubes.

  2. Gently coat your tofu with some all purpose flour.

  3. Heat up a pan/wok over medium high heat and with just enough oil to cover the bottom.

  4. Gently place your tofu in to fry till all sides are golden and crispy.

  5. Peel and mince 5 cloves of garlic.

  6. In a wok over high heat, add in a little bit of oil, followed by your minced garlic.

  7. Give it a good fry till fragrant then add in 1/4 cup of light soy sauce, followed by 2tb of honey. Mix well till the flavours combine and fill your kitchen with lovely smells.

  8. Throw in your tofu cubes, give it a quick toss to coat, serve and enjoy.
