SESAME SEED NOODLES


Hey! You! yes you! are you looking for a super quick and mega simple dish to eat? The perfect little mid day snack that will keep you full till your next meal? Or are you looking for a quick and easy side dish to pair with your favourite dumplings, fried chicken or anything? Well thank god that I found you, because I got exactly what you need. A quick, easy and super tasty sesame seed noodles. Thick, sweet, savoury, decadent sesame seed sauce coated over soft bouncy and tasy noodles. This is the perfect side dish to any asian meals, perfect with some sweet and sour chicken, stir fried beef or vegetables. It is so easy to make and it only needs 1 bowl and 1 pot soooo, a dish with minimal clean up and with maximum flavour!

Ingredients

  1. Noodles of Choice

  2. 1tb of Peanut Butter

  3. 1ts of Sesame Seed Oil

  4. 1ts of Light Soy Sauce

  5. 1ts of Sugar

  6. Spring Onions

  7. White Sesame Seeds

STEPS

  1. Set your noodles to boil.

  2. In your serving bowl add in 1tb of peanut butter, 1ts of sesame seed oil, 1ts of light soy sauce and 1ts of sugar and give it a good mix.

  3. Once your noodles are done, strain them and give them a quick rinse to wash off any excess starch.

  4. Add them into your bowl and give it a good mix.

  5. Season to taste with additional soy sauce and top it off with some spring onions and sesame seeds.

Enjoy with some extra spring onions sprinkled on top.
