Then you come to the right place, a lovely quick braised mince pork with mushrooms on top a lovely bowl of rice. I bet you can cook the mince pork faster than it takes for your rice to cook, so this is perfect on top of bread or even noodles.

Ingredients
125g of Minced Pork
1/4 Onion Minced
5 Mushrooms
1 Carrots
1/2tb of Light Soy Sauce
1/2tb of Dark Soy Sauce
1/2tb of Oyster sauce
1/2te of Five Spice Powder
1te of Sugar
STEPS
Chop up 1/4 of an onion, 5 mushrooms and 1 carrot.
Heat up your pan to medium high heat with a little bit of oil.
Throw in your onions and cook till translucent then add in your mince pork, carrots and mushrooms.
Add in 1/2 a tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 table spoon of dark soy sauce, 1/2 a table spoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 a tea spoon of five spice power and 1 teaspoon of sugar with a little bit of water to over half the height of the meat.
Simmer on medium low heat for 3-5 minutes till the meat takes on the color of the dark soy sauce and is cooked through.
Plate on top of a bowl of steaming rice and enjoy.
