  6. 2tb Oyster Sauce

  7. 2tb Peanut Butter

  8. 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

STEPS

  1. Begin by peeling and mincing up 4 cloves of garlic and 1 medium onion as fine as your knife skills will get you, the finer the better.

  2. In a large heat proof bowl add in your onions, garlic, 1tb of chili pepper flakes, 1ts of white pepper, 2tb of oyster sauce, 2tb of your favourite peanut butter (chunky or smooth), and give it a good mix together.

  3. Set your noodles to boil as your sauce is gonna be done in a flash.

  4. In a separate pot carefully heat up a 1/4 cup of vegetable oil on high heat till super hot, like literally moments before it starts smoking.

  5. Once your oil is hot, very carefully pour it over your peanut sauce mixture and watch the sauce infuse with flavours. Give it a good mix and add in your noodles.

  6. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Finely chop up some spring onions.

  8. Serve and top it off with some spring onions for that much needed freshness to break up these rich, yummy noodles.

Top it off with a fried egg, or your protein of choice or just some vegetables to keep it vegetarian. Happy Cooking
