PEANUT BUTTER BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

  1. 2 Cups Rolled Oats

  2. 2 Cups Milk (of choice)

  3. 1 Cup Greek Yogurt

  4. 3 Bananas

  5. 1ts Vanilla Essence

  6. 1tb Maple Syrup

  7. 2tb Peanut Butter

  8. 2tb Chia Seeds

STEPS

  1. Begin by peeling and mashing up 2 bananas in a large mixing bowl.

  2. To that add in 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1ts of vanilla essence, 1tb of maple syrup, 2tb of peanut butter and 2tb of chia seeds.

  3. Slowly drizzle in 2 cups of milk of your choice and mix till well combined.

  4. This is optional, just extra style points. Get your storage containers and with the back of the spoon, scoop up some peanut butter and smudge it all over the inside of the containers to create a lovely pattern.

  5. Carefully fill your containers with your overnight oats mixture.

  6. Slice up the remaining banana and top off your containers with some fresh bananas, before sealing them and letting them chill out in the fridge till ready to eaten.
