  2. 1tb of Light Soy Sauce

  3. 1tb of Honey

  4. 1/2tb of Gochujang

  5. 1ts of Sesame Seed Oil

  6. Sesame Seeds

  7. Spring Onions

  8. 4 Cloves of Garlic

STEPS

  1. Peel and crush 4 cloves of garlic.

  2. In a bowl combine 1tb of light soy sauce, 1/2tb of gochujang, 1tb of honey and 1ts of sesame seed oil. Give the mixture a good mix together.

  3. Prepare your salmon fillets by patting it dry with a paper towel and seasoning it with salt and pepper.

  4. In a pan add just enough oil to cover the base of the pan. Heat it up to high heat.

  5. Once hot gently slide your salmon SKIN side down. We want to get that skin super crispy.

  6. Throw in your 4 cloves of garlic and lower the heat down to a medium high. Let the salmon cook skin side down for 2-3 minutes or till the skin has gone golden brown and crispy.

  7. Flip your fish onto its side and using a spoon scoop the oil on to the salmon, basting it with all the lovely garlicy oil.

  8. Repeat on the remaining sides till the salmon is almost cooked through.

  9. Lower the heat to medium and add in your mixture.

  10. Gently move your salmon around turning it once in a while till your salmon is perfectly glazed throughout with your sticky spicy marinade.

Serve up with some freshly steamed rice topped with some sesame seeds and freshly cut spring onions. Happy Cooking
