Ingredients
4 Pork Tenderloins
1tb Light Soy Sauce
1tb Honey
2tb Dark Soy Sauce
6 Cloves of Garlic
1tb Vinegar
1/2ts Smoked Paprika
1/2ts Garlic Powder
STEPS
Peel and crush 6 cloves of garlic.
In a bowl combine 1tb of light soy sauce, 2tb of dark soy sauce, 1tb of honey, 1tb of vinegar, 1/2ts of garlic powder and 1/2ts of smoked paprika. Give the mixture a good mix together.
Place your pork tenderloins and your garlic into the marinade and let it do its thing. Leave it to marinade as little as 5 minutes and up to over night in the fridge.
In a pan add in a little bit of oil and heat it up to medium high heat.
Once hot gently place your pork tenderloins onto the pan, reserve the marinade in the bowl.
Fry your pork tenderloins for 3-4 minutes on each side, flipping once till cooked through. You should be getting these nice streaks of charred fat.
Once your pork is almost finished cooking add in your remaining marinade and lower the heat down to medium and let it bubble away for 1-2 minutes till a thick glaze coats your lovely pieces of pork.
Serve up topped with some spring onions.
Serve up with some freshly steamed rice with a side of salad and dig in.
Enjoy,
Happy Cooking
