Ingredients
400g of Chicken Thighs
5 Cloves of Garlic
2tb of Light Soy Sauce
1 Thumb Sized Piece of Ginger
2tb of Butter
1tb of Honey
1tb of Vinegar
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Corn Flour
STEPS
Begin by peeling and mincing 5 cloves of garlic.
Chop your chicken thighs into little bite size pieces and place them into a large bowl.
Add your garlic, 1tb of vinegar, 1ts of salt and pepper and peel and grate in 1 thumb sized piece of ginger. Mix well.
Add in 1/2 cup of corn flour and 1/2 cup of all purpose flour. Give the whole mixture a good mix together, they should be fully coated with the flour and appear dry.
Heat up a pot of oil to high heat and begin your frying. Make sure not to over crowd your pan to allow your chicken to become extra crispy.
Let it fry for 5-7 minutes till golden brown and crispy, set aside to drain excess oil and repeat till you have a mountain of beautiful chickie babies.
In a pan on low heat add in 2tb of butter and let it melt. Once melted add in 2tb of light soy sauce and 1tb of honey. Mix well.
Add your golden fried chicken into the pan and coat evenly till each of your little babies have a nice glossy coat of sweet and savory sauce.
