Ingredients
3 Cups of Overnight Rice
4 Large Eggs
4 Cloves of Garlic
4 Spring Onions
1ts White Pepper
1tb Light Soy Sauce
1tb Sesame Seed Oil
STEPS
Peal and finely mince your garlic.
Chop the white bits of your spring onions into 1 inch pieces and finely mince the ends and save it for garnishing.
Crack and beat up 4 eggs.
Heat up your wok or pan to its highest heat possible and add just enough oil to coat the bottom.
Once smoking hot, add in your beaten eggs and give it an aggressive scramble.
Followed by your Spring Onions (white bits), garlic and your over night rice.
