What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.

Here we learn the most basic kimchi, it is a great introduction to fermentation and a great dish to make for any meal. So get your jars out and clear out a shelf because your whole kitchen is going to smell like kimchi soon.
Pasta Arrabbiata
I do not know about you but whenever I eat Bolognese I always pile mine high with chili flakes or some kind of hot sauce. I personally love spicy food and the mixture with the thick tomato sauce just goes so well. This was when I discovered this SEXY sounding pasta, Pasta ARRABBIATA. Now doesn't that just sound amazing?

Pasta Arrabbiata is a spicy tomato based sauce made out of garlic, tomatoes and dried red chili peppers bound together with only the best of olive oils. This simple past directly translates into the ANGRY pasta and it does make you angry especially if you can't take the heat. So why not give this super simple yet super yummy pasta a try!
Le ANGRYYY PASTA

Start by setting your pasta to boil because the sauce gets done in a snap.

Peel and mince 4 cloves of garlic.

In a pan add in 4tb of olive oil on medium heat.
Ingredients

Pasta of Choice

4tb Olive Oil

1tb Chili Flakes
4.
4 Cloves Garlic
5.
1 Tin Peeled Plum Tomatoes

Once hot add in your garlic and give it a fry till fragrant then add in 1tb of chili flakes, do add more if you like it extra spicy.

Lastly add in 1 tin of peeled plum tomatoes and let it simmer away till your pasta is done.

Once your pasta is a minute from being done add in your pasta along with a little bit of pasta water into your sauce and mix well. It should give you a rich red pasta sauce.

Season well with salt and pepper and serve up a nice bowl topped with some parmesan for some extra sin.
