What is Korea without Kimchi? It is a staple in many of their traditional dishes, it is so common to find it in all their meals as a side dish. It is usually made out of Napa cabbage, radish, some carrots and fused together with the red hot chili flake known as Gochugaru.

Here we learn the most basic kimchi, it is a great introduction to fermentation and a great dish to make for any meal. So get your jars out and clear out a shelf because your whole kitchen is going to smell like kimchi soon.
One Pot Chicken Tomato Pasta
We are all on the brink of time. We are all busy people but it is no excuse for you to not have great nutritious meals! To be honest cooking isn't the hard part, its washing up right? Don't we all just hate washing up those pots and pans you use to cook. So today we have a simple one pot pasta that is sure to knock your socks off.

A simple one pot tomato based chicken pasta. Tender juicy pieces of chicken, marinated with rich tomato-ey flavours, fortified with sweetness from little bits of carrots and delicious red bell peppers. All held together with the loving hands of cheese. A simple quick dish that is sure to get you cooking more.
How to Save Time?
Ingredients

Bow Tie Pasta

1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
3.
1 White Onion Minced
4.
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
5.
1 Carrot
6.
1 Red Bell Pepper
7.
2 Cups Spinach
8.
1/8 Cup Cheese
9.
200g Chicken
10.
1tb Mixed Italian Herbs
1.
Peel your onion and garlic and give them a rough chop up.

Peel your carrot and chop it up into small pieces.
3.
Chop your pepper into 1-inch pieces and your chicken into bite size pieces.
4.
Get a pot on medium high heat and add in enough oil to cover the base of the pot.
5.
Once hot add in your garlic and onions and fry till fragrant.
6.
Add in your chicken and fry till almost cooked, followed by your carrots and red bell peppers.
7.
Give it a good mix together then add in 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, 1tb of mixed herbs and salt and pepper to taste.

Add in 2 portions of bow tie pasta or pasta of choice and enough water to just cover the pasta.
9.
Let it bubble away for 4 minutes. Add in 2 cups of spinach and continue to bubble away till the pasta is cooked through.
10.
Add in 1/8 cups of cheese of choice and give it a good stir. It should have yielded a lovely thick sauce but if its not to your liking let it bubble away a bit more or add in more water if its too dry.
Extra
Add in some fresh basil for that lovely burst of freshness.
