QUICK & EASY

Ingredients

Egg Noodles

1/2 White Onion

3.

2 Cloves of Garlic

4.

Fried Tofu/Beancurd skin

5.

1 Egg

6.

1tb Sweet Soy Sauce

7.

1tb Oyter Sauce

8.

1tb Tomato Ketchup

9.

Choy Sum/Vegetables

1.

Begin by pealing and thinly slicing 1/2 a white onion.

2.

Peel and mince 2 cloves of garlic or more, no one is judging you :)

3.

Slice your fried tofu skins into little bite size pieces and set aside.

4.

Wash and chunk up your spring onions into 1 inch pieces.

5.

Wash and chop your choy sum or any vegetable of your choice into bite size pieces.

6.

In a bowl combine 1tb of sweet soy sauce, 1tb of oyster sauce and 1tb of tomato ketchup. Mix well.

7.

Heat up your favourite wok or a large pan on high heat, get it ripping hot!

8.

Add in enough oil to cover the base of the wok or pan and add in your onions and garlic, give it a good fry till fragrant.

9.

Add in your spring onions, tofu and veggies and continue to fry for a minute or 2.

10.

Once your veggies are slightly softened, add in your noodles followed by your lovely sweet and savoury sauce. Give it a good mix around.

11.

Create a hole in the center and crack your egg in, slowly mix your noodles with the egg and continue to stir fry till the noodles and veggies are cooked through. 

Extra:

You could also add in anything you like into your noodles from seafood, to meats like chicken or pork to any thing you could ever imagine. psst, top it off with a little squeeze of lime to level it up!
