GARLIC FRIED RICE

Who doesn't like a little kick of garlic? This dish presents to you the perfect blend of savory with a hint of garlic all infused into a perfectly plump grain of rice. Perfectly paired with any dish, NO more plain white rice for you.

Super easy to make, and a perfect way to use up old rice that has been sitting in the fridge. Perfectly paired with a stir fry, some veggies, egg or a side dish of your choosing. Super fast, for those time rushed people.

How to Make Garlic and Rice One?

Ingredients 

1.

In a bowl gently break up your over night rice, crack 2 eggs into it and give it a good mix till well combined. 

2.

In a pan on medium high heat add in some oil and begin to fry your onions till translucent and fragrant. 

3.

Mince 2 cloves of garlic (or MORE) and toss it into the pan to fry gently.

Add in your rice mixture and turn on the heat to high, begin to fry and take care to constantly stir the mixture. Once the rice has turned a lovely golden brown season with light soy sauce or salt and pepper to taste.

 Finely slice 1 clove of garlic.

3 Cloves Garlic

1/4 Onion Minced

Light Soy Sauce

In a pan on medium heat, add a little bit of oil and fry your garlic slices. You will be greeted with the most golden crispy garlic flakes that is perfect on top of your garlic fried rice.

Serve and enjoy. Congrats you are now a living VAMPIRE REPELLENT.

Take a BREATH MINT, depending on how much garlic you added. 

EXTRA: Add any herb of your choice, protein or even veggies to upgrade your garlic fried rice.
